Solution

No solution should exist simply because a new technology has become available. Meaningful industrial solutions emerge when a recurring problem can no longer be adequately addressed by conventional approaches.

The Meltshop Simulator, for example, was developed from the need to evaluate different operating and production scenarios before committing to major capital investments. The Remote Operations Center addresses situations where relying on the physical presence of operators is not always safe, practical, or economically viable. 3D Scanning & Industrialization emerged from a different challenge: enabling plants to independently redesign or reproduce components that are no longer supported by their original manufacturers.

What connects the solutions in this section is not the technology itself, but the industrial problem each one is designed to solve. That is why these pages do not begin with technical capabilities. They begin with the challenge — and then show how technology, simulation, analysis, and engineering are brought together to turn it into a practical solution.
